Team Operations Work expectations Attendance – precedence (two absence limit) *Integrity* (Students can be dismissed from team for bad behavior or poor work ethic) Timely pickups – at CPMS Door 2W Practice Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday ends 4:30 Wed. Practice is at Break-O-Day Elementary School from 5-6PM

Calendar Review “Top ten” practices: 10/1. All runners are invited, but only those students are required. Only top 7 will score in the last two events but we want top ten to cover any sickness/injuries October 1-7 (Top Ten) Practice ends @ 4:00

Race Expectations Prove readiness (11:00-minute mile or under 20min 3k) and coaches discretion. Qualify for away meets. Dress code (School Dress code) Wellness – Physicals due before first meet Focus/preparation on race days Sportsmanship Work toward PRs and “top ten.” We collectively represent the Warrior Way.

Balancing Act Cross country is great, but SCHOOL always comes first! Study tables for away meets only.

Odds & Ends Jerseys will be signed out only for varsity. Suitable shoes, solid blue shorts, Team shirt can be worn under jersey Watches & water bottles Written permission for away meet transportation

Thankful for volunteers! Snacks & drinks for each meet Sign up sheets are available Timers & placement workers for each home meet Need assistance with these items in order for us coaches to assist with team members. Easy job and best seats in the house for the finish.
