In this lesson You will appreciate the importance of ‘skills’ and ‘qualities’ and understand why employers value skills and qualities just as much as academic qualifications. By the end of this lesson, you should: understand what ‘skills’ and ‘qualities’ are and why they are valued by employers understand how you can develop your own skills and qualities recognise why it is important to get involved in extra-curricular activities in order to demonstrate your own skills and qualities.
