Why e-file? With e-File, you are able to complete any tax return at your convenience, and send it when you are ready. Never mind the opening hours of tax offices. All windows are user-friendly. Tax Card Online This is an e-service for having your withholding or prepayment rate revised. Fill in the fields with up-to-date estimates of your earnings and expenses during the current year. This information affects the withholding. Most revised tax cards are ready for self-printing. Tax Card Online is available 24/7. Half of all tax card revisions are already made on-line. Tax Return on the Web In this e-service, you can file changes to your pre-completed tax return. Changes or additions can be made to almost all sections of the tax return. MyTax MyTax is a new e-service for taxpayers. An increasing number of tax matters are becoming available online. Over time, MyTax will replace the majority of the current Tax Administration e-services. You can file file income tax returns for corporations, request a prepayment or additional prepayment for a corporation, file self-assessed tax returns (for e.g. VAT or employer's contributions) in MyTax. You can also request a payment arrangement (self-assessed taxes, corporate income tax, gift tax and inheritance tax), request a tax debt certificate and file gift tax returns. It also has an e-payment feature. In addition, you can send replies to letters you receive from the tax office and submit your current bank information. Real Estate Tax information (Available in Finnish and Swedish) This e-service, which is only available in Finnish and Swedish, allows you to file changes to your Real Estate Tax decision. Send us details about property ownership, its management, the buildings and the land where they are located. Palkka.fi (Available in Finnish and Swedish) This e-service, which only works in Finnish and Swedish, is a payroll accounting software program offered to users free of charge. If you hire someone to work for you, Palkka.fi helps you work out the employer's contributions and taxes to withhold. If you are entitled to a tax credit for domestic expenses, Palkka.fi helps you file a claim and get the credit. Learn more: palkka.fi 29.11.2018

YTJ – Business Information System (BIS) YTJ/BIS is an e-service shared by the Tax Administration and the Trade Register (National Board of Patents and Registration). To set up a new business, it is enough if you complete just one single official form. Most forms are available as e-versions for submitting information about a new business to be established or for reporting any changes. BIS also has a Search feature for the registered company information. Look up full names, addresses, registration details and tax debt information of the people you do business with. Katso ID The Katso Identification System is a secure sign-in service, created for business users who must deal with official notices and filings.  The e-service offers an interface for ID and Password management, including updates of contact details and authorizations. www.ilmoitin.fi Ilmoitin.fi is a Web gateway for transmitting computer files. Your business accounting software may create tax return information that needs to be sent to the Tax Administration. Ilmoitin.fi contains no fillable e-forms. Ilmoitin.fi saves the files you send. Prior to sending off the file you may run a check. You want to be sure that all the required information is included. Corporation Tax Online This e-service is for corporate taxpayers' income tax returns, providing an electronically supplied tax return form (replacing Form 6B) with statutory enclosures included.
