SAT/ACT Students should take the SAT and/or the ACT for the first time spring junior year. SAT tests May 5 (deadline to register April 6) & June 2 (deadline to register May 3). Register on line at www.collegeboard.org Use your PSAT scores to help you prepare for the SAT by reviewing your answers & accessing Khan Academy. ACT test June 9 (deadline to register May 4) & July 14 (deadline to register June 15). Register on line at www.act.org Differences/similarities between ACT vs. SAT ACT: Science, math, reading, English, curriculum based, no penalty for wrong answers, all multiple choice, writing essay is optional, perfect score is 36 SAT: Reading, math, writing & language tests, continued emphasis on reasoning with a stronger focus on knowledge skills, no penalty for wrong answers, writing essay is optional, perfect score is 1600, SAT was revised in March 2016 and is now more similar than different from the ACT Competing testing companies, both tests are accepted at virtually all universities

Senior Course Planner Sheet and Sample Schedule Matrix To be on track for graduation in 2019, you must have 130 or more credits. If you have fewer credits, you need to meet with your counselor regarding credit recovery options. Must currently have 150 or more credits to request an open 1st or 6th. Seniors can be a TA for one period.
