Objectives To leverage the brands’ core strengths in new marketing efforts aimed at improving placement opportunities for its graduates. Stakeholder awareness of brands is essential to both inform the development of an overall brand positioning strategy and to create a benchmark against which to measure change
Research Qualitative research was conducted as an initial step in forming an understanding of current marketplace demands. Internal Stakeholder Interviews (N=7, 1 hour each) To identify issues thought to be important to current employer targets from thought leaders’ perspective. Employer Telephone Depth Interviews (N=17, 1 hour each) Current (8) and potential (9) employers of graduates were interviewed to understand marketplace needs and pain points, impressions of the brands, opportunities to deliver a better graduate and/or a better hiring process for prime employer targets and a sense of the language, tonality and reasons to believe that resonate with target employers
