Unit 14 physiological Disorders M3 and D2

Strategies used in HSC to provide support to those with physiological disorders

Contra-indicated ?

Group task

M3 Tips In order to achieve M3, you will need to expand on the flow chart which you have created for P5. You will be required if not already done, to provide justification for the use of chosen care strategies (4) as well as explain why your chosen (4) care strategies would be contraindicated.

D2 task Tip In order to complete your D2, you will need to use the information gathered in your P5 and M3 and write an overall conclusion on the effectiveness of HSC practitioners and agencies in their implementation of care strategies for one of your chosen physiological disorders. You will need to write a report where you will identify one strength and one weakness for each of your chosen 4 strategies from P5. You will be required to write a detailed explanation in context as well as linking your strengths and weaknesses to a key aspect of the care value explaining how it may or may not support your chosen care value. You must use each value once.

Peer review You will be peer review each other pieces of work on Friday 7th of October 2016. You will need to following: Printed copies of all task P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, M1, M2, M3, D1, D2 Checklist for all the tasks – all available to be printed from the HSC blog
