9/2 Writer’s Workshop : Developing a News Story Three Pigs Escape by the Hairs on Their Chins   Yesterday morning three little pigs were nearly scared to death when an alleged big, bad wolf attempted to eat them in their homes. The first and second little pig barely escaped with their lives after an apparent wolf blew their straw and then stick homes to the ground. The two ran to their relatives brick house to escape being eaten. The wolf is currently wanted for questioning and is considered dangerous. Who: three pigs, a wolf What: home invasion, attempted murder When: yesterday Where: all throughout the neighborhood Why/How: Wolf’s gotta eat / Bully’s try to overpower the weak
