Objectives of the meeting Prepare sector coordinators for their role in the RRP development process Provide guidance and tools to support sector coordinators in their function (TORs, website/portal, guidance notes, reporting requirements) Formulate draft strategic objectives for endorsement by senior leadership

Expected specific outcome Process roles and timelines for RRP6 development agreed (who and when?) Roles and responsibilities of sector coordinators, sector working group members and leadership roles clarified (how?) Vision for, and planned modalities, for website/portal presented (what?) Templates and guidance notes for RRP6 presented and clarified (what?) SWG programme cyle defined and presented (the process) Prioritization – who, what and how – presented and agreed Regional and country sector strategies, including key indicators, agreed (Protection, Shelter, Health, Wash, cash and food security)
