Goal To provide the staff at Moss with an app to monitor the amount of calories consumed per day and to track the weight loss of any employee who wishes to lose weight.

About MyFitnessPal Calorie counter Keeps a calorie goal Nutrition Records weight Records number of steps taken My Fitness Pal Check out the Website!

Calorie Counter Records amount of calories contained in each food Keeps track of the amount of calories remaining for the day

Calorie Goal Keeps a goal of how many calories to eat per day Based off of current weight & how much you want to lose Subtracts from the goal as you add in the food you’ve eaten
