Are you overloaded?

Do you find balancing all the responsibilities of work and life stressful, tiresome and sometimes downright frustrating?

Does it feel as if there are not enough hours? in the day?

Do you consistently work late?

Are you the “go to person” among your family, friends and co-workers?

Do you attempt to be a Super Hero by doing everything for everybody, all the time, perfectly?

Do you find yourself saying “YES” to request, when you really should say “NO”?

Do you constantly find yourself rushing to meet deadlines?

Do you ever say to yourself, “I can’t wait until I can RETIRE!”?  

Do you frequently pick up dinner at a drive-thru?

Do you lose sleep worrying about things you have NO control?
