EN 13445 Maintenance Help Desk A central point to collect questions & feedback from the users of the standard A network to answer the queries in a short time An official body to give authorised answers, accepted by the “authors” of the standard A professional body to prepare corrected pages of the standard A place to find updated information about the standard, its status, its future.
