Effective Communication Work Ethic & Understanding the Myers Briggs Personality Test

Personality Types Knowing your type can help you understand how you function in relationships, what career is best for you, and how you can use your strengths to create a happy life! 16 types Stand up and sit with the students with your same personality type. Brainstorm the top 3 things your learned about yourself after taking the Myers Briggs Personality Profile…be prepared to share as a group.

Your Personality & Careers What do you enjoy doing? Do you have a plan? Goals? Will you go to college? What are the different degrees you can earn in college? Associate, Bachelor’s, Masters Will you get a job? Hourly, salaried, commissions

How Do You Get a Job? What characteristics/traits did you have that will help you get and keep a job? Soft skills vs. hard skills? Remember hard skills can get you the job, but you usually keep the job because of soft Work Ethic! You Can’t Have MILLION dollar dreams with a MINIMUM WAGE work ethic!! Positive attitude, dependability, responsibility, adaptability, honesty/integrity, professionalism, and the list goes on!!
