SESSION 5 – New Generation Network Satellite Services Issues for Further Study Can IP Sec be adapted to IP over Satellite? If so, how can this adaptation be done? What are the parameters and their respective values for QoS for Multicast? Are there specific issues for IPv^6 for Satellite usage? Can “tuning” of protocols be standardized for IP over Satellite? What are the characteristics of frequency bands that are suitable for ubiquitous terminals for IP over Satellite? What aspects of terminals for IP over Satellite can/should be standardized? 11/30/2018
