Summary of Changes TA Labels and guidelines New Courses CTE Capstone Summer School Changes (Takahashi)

TA Labels Replaces signatures Students need to obtain a label if they are planning to TA Students are limited to 1 TA period per semester Teachers should have no more than 2 (email me with exceptions) TA Guidelines (refer to yellow sheet)

New Courses All new courses should **NEW COURSES** designation Course Catalog also available online: Moanaluahs.org See appendix at the end

CTE Capstone/Honors Certificate REQUIRED for students seeking the CTE Honors Certificate (for next SY) Similar to senior project class Student must complete Project, Presentation, and Portfolio End of Course Exam Required

Summer School Summer School Registrar - Sean Takahashi Emphasis will be on remedial and credit recovery No Senior English & No Senior Social Studies

Reminders Students will receive print out of requested courses during Quarter 4 This will open a window for changes NO CHANGES once next year starts

PTSA Prize Giveaway Please post flier Students selected by random draw 9 prizes given away Grand Prize - if 90% of cards turned in on time
