Projected Activities State of the Art (I) 1. Activities undertaken: 4 Steering Group Meetings; 4 Peer Review Exchange Workshops (Rome, Prague, Lisbon and Venice); Creation of a website with an online good practice exchange and development forum; Production of two interim reports. Projected Activities State of the Art (II) 2. Activities in progress : Recruitment of local project co-ordinators and establishment of Local Development Groups in each partner location; Production of a common framework and methodology guide - 4 VERSIONS PRODUCED, the final one ready by the end of the project; Organisation of annual local dissemination and mainstreaming workshops; Development and presentation of local/regional action plans Production of four PREW Reports - 3 ALREADY DONE; Production of two annual technical and financial reports - 1 ALREADY DONE.
