Program Area E: Organizational Capacity Goal E.1: Board Development The MMHPI Board of Directors will be appropriately engaged in strategic planning, fiduciary oversight, and resource development. Goal E.2: Foundation and Donor Relations Develop best-in-class processes for foundation and donor relations. Goal E.3: Staff Development Continue to build and develop staff capacity. Goal E.4: Finance and Administration Implement additional best-in-class administrative process to support financial planning and performance.
