Upper Basin System Conservation Pilot Program (SCPP) Administered by UCRC Pilot Project: originally 2 years, extended through 2018 Funders: DW, SNWA, CAWCD, MWD & BOR 45 projects funded (‘15-’17) CU reduction (’15-’17) = ~22,116 AF Total cost: $4,555,747 Objective: Investigate options/feasibility, NOT ensure wet water gets to Lake Powell
