Result: STRESS, ANXIETY, BURNOUT, MEDIOCRE PERFORMANCE THE PRIORITZER Represents things that are important not URGENT! Powerful habit of planning! Does work in advance. Results: On top of things, less stress/burn out more time for other things! THE YES-PERSON Urgent not important, This can be deceptive, things seem important but are not! Things are important to someone else but not to you! Want to say no but can’t. Result: Lack of discipline, reputation of being a pleaser, others can walk all over you!
