Financial Software/Hardware costs are billed back to academic units What we see is a lack of coordination even within units Software used for teaching should be at least discussed by the Curriculum Committee of the unit Duplication of software in terms of functionality Faculty preference vs SLO-tool analysis All requests need to be reviewed and approved by: the IT Ops Chair the Fiscal Officer CIO VP/IT in some cases
