v:training/neo/rn/2011/day1 Practice Scenario Billy Bob presents to the ED with shortness of breath and fever/chills. He has a history of renal cell carcinoma with possible metastasis and CXR reveals lower lobe pneumonia bilaterally. After stabilization in ED, decision is made to admit to the Oncology service. Admission orders display in Order Tracker and the ED nurse defers all med orders. All charting, including medications, is now charted in HED v:training/neo/rn/2011/day1
