Interviews with Key Participants: Analysis of Critical Events

What are critical events? Applying for grants Creating your action plan Fulfilling your group's objectives Facing a crisis Changing the direction of your mission Any other major event

Why should you hold interviews about key events? To provide qualitative information To provide a history of the initiative To identify factors that affect the initiative To provide insights for future efforts

Interviews with key participants should be conducted at least every few years, or at the end of a grant period.

Conducting interviews with key participants Determine who will be interviewed Conduct the interviews Assemble the information Use the data to better understand the initiative, provide a history, and aid in renewal efforts
