2TIMOTHY 4:2-4 2 Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all long- suffering and teaching. 3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; 4 and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables.

SOFT PREACHING

Some preachers: 1. Not sure about baptism 2. Not sure I.M. is wrong 3. Can’t preach “THE ONE TRUE CHURCH” 4. Believe there are saved in all churches 5. Preach false doctrines on marriage 6. Stopped preaching Bible Authority - Make fun of Dir. Command – Apostolic Ex. - Nec. Infer.

We must: 1. Study – 2Tim.2:15 – a. Stop auditing classes – Don’t let the teacher do all the work. b. How much do we remember of class? c. Get a religious library – or online d. Take time to be holy
