Step 1 – entering the activity on the youths record . Scroll to program year 2014 and under Participation click on Add Activity. District conferences attended in the fall of 2012 are reported against this years ES-237 (2013).
Step 2 – in the drop down select District Fall Leadership Conference Step 2 – in the drop down select District Fall Leadership Conference. All district conferences are to be reported under this heading.
At the district level you can run reports for each county without retyping or generating any additional paperwork. The county reports can be merged into a single Excel worksheet for nametags, registration, etc. The report will also tell you the childs age, a volunteer’s certification status, if the child is re-enrolled, etc. The county will also have data entered for next years ES-237 Win- Win!
