(1) Batten Door Batten door construction - using BATTEN WOOD which combined and tied together with horizontal LEDGE wood. Size of batten wood - 100mm – 175mm width & 20mm - 32mm thick. Small pieces of batten wood are exceptionally good because – less shrinkage.

(2) Flat Door Normally flat door consist of door frame. Door skins will be constructed by using plywood which < 6mm thick. Others door skins types of materials are such as plastic and aluminum. Will be finished with rail (penutup bibir) wood on top, bottom and both sides of flat door. The functions of flat door rails are to cover plywood from any damages and hinge (engsel) installation.

(3) Panel Door (cont’d) Panel door consist of frame and panel. Panel will be fixed into the valley at the corner of the frame in order to close frame space. Consist of single, twin 2 panel, twin 4 panel, twin 6 panel.

(4) Ram Door Quite similar with panel door but panel part will be replaced with fixed ram. Door ram with 45-60 degree will be installed at the frame. Suitable for kitchen cabinet and wardrobe.

(5) Glass Door Normally will be used at housing front door and business centre (shop houses). Will be functioning to provide natural lighting to internal building. Consist of wood and aluminum frame. Glass will be used to replace wood panel.

Door Frame Door frame construction will be using wood, steel and aluminum. Consist of side-post column (tiang-tiang jenang) and lintel (ambang). Door frame installation methods: Installation concurrent with wall construction. Installation after wall construction completed.
