What Public International and Criminal Law is about What Public International and Criminal Law is about? It is about the laws governing the States’ relationship when they are in peace, and States when they are in conflicts. When at peace, what ‘international laws’ are we going to learn? - The person under International Law - States (and their governments), legal aspects relating to the statehood and its government; International Organizations - Source of International Law and the Laws of Treaty - Jurisdiction of State/Immunity from Jurisdiction/Diplomatic relations - State Responsibility - Law of the Sea and Outer Space - Human Rights - Peaceful settlement of disputes between States/Diplomatic and Legal Methods
