Macronutrient's (baby) Meat, Fish, Cheese (Cut up Meat/Fish, Grated Cheese. Vegetable oil, Olive oil, Avocado, Bread and Cereals, wholegrain rice, pasta and noodles, lentils These foods are important because they include calories and energy and need them for growth

Micronutrients (baby) Milk, yoghurt, spinach, ricotta cheese, turnip, chocolate milk, fruit yoghurt Carrot Juice, sweet potato, vegetable soup, sliced mango, tomato juice, scrambled eggs All these ideas work because they are easy to cut and also easy to eat because they aren’t solid foods
