GWP Outcomes Strengthen general education programs by internationalizing curriculum Increase number and quality of courses that teach GWP skills and global-based knowledge Provide faculty with necessary development sessions and tools to take full advantage of using GWP resources so all students will be ready to utilize strengths in communicating with culturally diverse audiences Empower faculty to use diverse resources in the classroom and in the community, including the resource of employers, to strengthen collaborative partnerships needed to more closely align postsecondary education with workforce and community needs

GWP Outcomes Engage college faculty with a GWP blueprint to internationalize their teaching with innovative pedagogy and competency-based outcomes, to ensure a learning-centered shift Build upon already developed global skills assessment tools to accurately measure the attainment by students of the global skills of holistic thinking, cross cultural communication, and digital technology competence Energize faculty and administrators to make institutional decisions based on the effectiveness of the GWP and related curricular internationalization efforts Build on the background and global experiences already present among many college students who themselves are foreign-born, first generation, and/or returning veterans from military service abroad.
