In this era of globalization and free trade, the world we live in is changing really fast with new structures, technologies, business processes, leadership styles, systems, standards, talent management and customer orientation. The need to develop and unleashed the human talent of organisations have become more important and urgent in order to survive in this great race for business supremacy in this 21 st Century or also better known in the era of the Knowledge Economy (K-Economy). Quality Control Circles or QCCs' have been in existence since 1962 as was started in Japan and later gained popularity and acceptance in other parts of the world including Malaysia. or KMK (kumpulan Meningkat Mutu Kerja) as also known in the Malaysian government sectors have officially started in Currently the national Productivity Corporation (NPC) now known as the Malaysia Productitivity Corporation (MPC) as well as the Institut Tadbiran Awam Negara (INTAN) will soon organised the 25 Th QCC/5 th ICC Convention (Innovative and Creative Circles or ICC as now being known and promoted by NPC) and 25 th KMK National Convention for the respective private sectors and public (government) sectors.

For all Participants: For all Participants: Understand the true (real) meaning of the philosophy of especially based on the Union Of Japanese Scientists and Engineers (JUSE) QC Circle Koryo (General Principles) of the QC Circle) including all aspects of the QCC Fundamentals, History and Purpose. The Malaysia ICC Story and Journey will also be highlighted for all participants knowledge. For Facilitators: For Facilitators: they should be able to train, facilitate and guide their Leaders and Members in carrying our their ICC projects to completion. They are also to be able to Report to Management on all the QCC ©ICC Status and Progress.

For Leaders For Leaders: they should be able to lead their ICC and possess a clear understanding on the purpose of the ICC activities, the proper utilization of the QC Tools and Techniques, their roles and responsibilities as a Leader and together with their Members complete their ICC projects in the stipulated time frame as well as producing the best results based on their Plan-Do-Check-Act Cycle of Control and Improvement. The Leaders will also possess the right communication techniques and rapport with their Facilitators or Mentors. For Members For Members: they should be able to understand the QCC Philosophy and Fundamentals of the QCC including the understanding on the proper usage of the Basic QC Tools and Techniques. The members will also understand their roles and responsibilities in their ICC and to complete their ICC projects in the stipulated time frame as well as producing the best results based on their Plan-Do-Check-Act Cycle of Control & Improvement

ICC relations with subjects like Zero Defect (ZD) Culture (including Zero Changeovers, Zero Defects, Zero Waste, Zero Delays, Zero Injuries and Zero Breakdown), Kaizen,5-S (Visual Organization & Good Housekeeping), Cross Functional Teamworking, World Class Performance factors and others (if necessary) 10.How to make ICC People and Projects to bring great impact to Your Co's Business Results.
