Section 1 - Information Grade sheet Signed parent info sheet Homework information Binder organization

Section 2 - Notes Objectives for current chapter Vocabulary for current chapter, if applicable. Notes for each day Proper heading Section or content title Your notes

Section 3 – Daily Homework Proper heading Be sure to include page number and problems All problems should be numbered. Write the problem, show all work, circle final answer. All work in pencil.

Section 4 - Graded Work Work should be placed in order that it is received All work needs to be recorded on grade sheet Each assignment must include a proper heading. All assignments must be completed in pencil.

Section 5 - Test/Quizzes Work should be placed in order that it is received All work needs to be recorded on grade sheet
