Quality CTE Standards-aligned and Integrated Curriculum Sequencing and Articulation Student Assessment Prepared and Effective Program Staff Access and Equity Facilities and Equipment Business and Community Partnership Work-based Learning 1. Standards-aligned and Integrated Curriculum Curriculum developed with employer input to prepare for both further education and in demand and emerging careers. Curriculum is based on industry –validated standard & competencies Curriculum is aligned with standards of core subjects 2. Sequencing & Articulation Broad foundational knowledge and skills progresses to build depth of knowledge and skills Sequencing leads to one or more recognized credentials Students have the opportunity to earn post secondary college credit 3. Student Assessment Formative & summative intergraded throughout the program 4. Prepared and Effective Program Staff Certified teachers with appropriate industry certifications Staff PD 5. Access and Equity Program promoted to all potential participants Underrepresented groups gender , race and ethnicity an special population status are actively recruited 6. Facilities and Equipment Facilities and equipment used in program reflect current workplace, industry requirements 7. Business and Community Partnerships PAC 8.
