Penelope said that she would marry the one who could do the same shot as Odysseus. Suitors started focusing on the competition. However, not much people could do so. Nevertheless, Odysseus showed his two loyal companions that he is Odysseus, and he asked them to lock the door while the suitors are distracted by the competition. Penelope is being asked to return her room, same as the women. Odysseus showed his strength as he started doing what he used to do. Book 21

Book 22 The climax of the odyssey The old man changed to be Odysseus. Odysseus started shooting at the suitors. However, some suitors started protesting, but they are killed first. Telemachus left the storeroom unlocked, which led the suitors to get weapons. At this time, Athena appeared and she helped Odysseus from being hurt. A man asked Odysseus to save him from the war. Odysseus asked Eurycleia to clean up the room of the death bodies. Odysseus released the women.
