Sarah is back next week! Sarah Ullmer is back in the office on the 16th! And since we’re all here, let’s share! Name, Site, Pronouns, And either: 1) Is a hotdog a sandwich why or why not OR 2) Your coolest most fabulous adventure story Hello everyone, welcome to our second cohort day. Today is a relaxed overview etc, please participate and add in your own expertise.

Group Norms Check-In

Group Storytelling - The Rules of the Game: The goal: create a fabulous tale – together! Write your name on the back of your paper. Everyone starts with “Once upon a time…” Fold that line over so you can’t see it, then you add another line to the story, wait for the call-out to pass, and then pass to your left. Next storyteller reads, folds over, then adds a new line. The story continues in this fashion until your paper comes back to you! Hello everyone, welcome to our second cohort day. Today is a relaxed overview etc, please participate and add in your own expertise.

Introducing Rebeka Ndosi! Rebeka Ndosi is a licensed acupuncturist and level II trained yoga and meditation instructor, and the owner of Healing Illuminated and co-owner of People’s Movement Center. Rebeka has worked in the education and non-profit worlds, and was nominated for an Emmy as producer of TPT’s narrative-changing Black Brilliance, which featured five African American high school seniors. She also teaches yoga and meditation to probational youth in St. Paul, and believes that healing takes place when we are seen and heard as who we really are.
