Pneumatic nebulizer 4. Larger particles are smashed against the Baffle and made smaller to stay suspended Or to fall back to the bottom again 2. Jet with restricted orifice so that velocity of gas flow increases which decreases lateral pressure 3.The decreased lateral pressure Pulls medication at the bottom of The medication cup up to the jet Drive line powered by 02 or compressed air Enters the jet.

Pneumatic aerosol generators Jet restricts incoming gas to increase velocity and create a drop in lateral pressure so that medication at bottom of the nebulizer is pulled up the capillary tube Larger droplets smash into Baffle to become smaller ones Capillary tube drive line with compressed gas Largest droplets fall back down Medication at bottom of nebulizer
