INTERNSHIP GUIDELINES Fall 2012 Semester

What to Do: Email Soft Copy of Résumé to OPA Forwarding Letter (3 copies/student) from OPA at a time (Not Mandatory) Submission of the Organization’s Acceptance Letter to OPA within 7-10 days of joining the organization. (FOLLOW THIS STRICTLY) Topic Selection for the Report from the Supervisor. Submission of Proposal to the Supervisor. Submission of Draft Report to the Supervisor. Submission of Final Report

Mandatory Requirements: Soft copy of Résumé with Recent Passport Size Photo - Must attach in word file. Soft & Hard copy of Final Report Valid E-mail Address

Internship Report: Student is expected to prepare and submit an Internship Report during the semester. Two types of Internship Reports (Discuss with your academic and organizational supervisor on which format you should or want to work on). Internship Affiliation Report Internship Research Report The proposal and report format must be followed for the specific type of report.

Some Important Dates: Topic Selection : By 11th October 2012 Proposal : By 22nd October 2012 First Draft : 15th November 2012 Final Report : 29th November 2012 If necessary, dates may be changed by OPA under notification to the students.

Some Important Points: Keep regular contact with Supervisor & OPA. Provide every update about your internship to OPA in due time. Check your e-mail account regularly. If you are posted outside Dhaka, contact through email or phone. Must keep your cell phone active [The number given in your CV and to OPA]
