2. MANAGER RUNS THE BUSINESS ON ESTABLISHED LINES WHEREAS ‘INNOVATIONS’ AND ‘CHANGES’ ARE A NECESSARY QUALITIES OF AN ENTREPRENEUR

3. MANAGER HAS NO RISK. IN CASE OF UNCERTAINTY HE AT THE MOST LOOSE THE JOB BUT AN ENTREPRENEUR MAY LOOSE ALL HIS FINACIAL BELOGINGS IN CASE OF SOME FAILURE OR LOSS.

4. A MANAGER DEPANDS MORE ON TECHNICAL KNOW-HOW AND HUMAN RELATIONS, WHEREAS AN ENTREPRENEUR HAS IN ADDITION TO MANAGERIAL QUALITIES, SHOULD BE CREATIVE, INTUTIVE AND IMAGINATIVE FOR FUTURISTIC GOALS.

5. A MANAGER TAKES ORDERS FROM AUTHOROTIES BUT ENTREPRENEUR ARE UNABLE TO TAKE ORDERS FROM ANYBODY. HE IS THE BOSS OF HIS OWN.

6. THE SALARY OF MANAGER CAN NEVER BE NEGATIVE, WHEREAS AN ENTREPRENEUR’S PROFIT CAN BE NEGATIVE.
