Announcements (1) On September 11, 2001, beginning at about 8:45 a.m., terrorist attacks took down the twin towers of the World Trade Center Buildings in New York City and severely damaged the Pentagon located in Washington, D.C. At this time, we will commemorate our fallen American heroes who tragically died in these attacks, from the office workers to the firefighters and police officers. I ask all of you to observe a minute of silence at this time in their honor.
