How to wear a helmet?

ABC Quick Check A is for air Make sure tires are firm and have the air pressure specified on the bike tire

ABC Quick Check B is for Brakes Make sure that they can stop the bike. Right brake is for rear, left brake is for front. Don’t only break with the left brake because you’ll flip over the front of the bike.

ABC Quick Check C is for Chain, Crank, and Cogs Make sure the chain isn’t rusty, twisted, broken, or has anything stuck in it. Turn pedal to show how the crank, cogs, and chain work together
