Additional Woodwind Rehearsal The Kimberley School Student Notices All Years – Music Additional Woodwind Rehearsal After School Today Held in the music department until 3.45pm This is an extra woodwind group rehearsal in order to prepare for the Lunchtime Concert. If you are involved in this performance please do your best to attend.

Broxtowe Athletics Competition The Kimberley School Student Notices Years 8, 9 & 10 Broxtowe Athletics Competition In preparation for the Broxtowe Athletics Competition on May 14th students from Year 8,9 and 10 are invited to a trial on Friday 4th May. Events include..... 100m, 200m, 300/400m, 800m, 1500m High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump, Shot Put, Discus, Javelin   It is strongly encouraged that students who cannot attend but take part in Athletics outside of school speak to Miss Charlton about representing school.  

Dan Walker Year 7 Author of Sky Thieves & Desert Thieves The Kimberley School Student Notices Year 7 Dan Walker Author of Sky Thieves & Desert Thieves will be in the school hall to talk to the whole of Year 7 on the morning of Wednesday 2 May (Lessons 1 & 2) There are copies of the book Sky Thieves for loan in the LRC. If you would like to own a signed copy of one of Dan’s books, they will be available to buy on the day.

The Kimberley School Student Notices Whole School   We aim to keep the school field open every day through the summer term.  Please note, there are some areas that are out-of-bounds or designated for ball games, with permission only We hope that students enjoy the opportunity to spend time outside.  When the field is open, students are expected to remain outside of the school buildings, except to access toilets, the dining room or other areas with permission of a member of staff only.

The Kimberley School Student Notices Whole School Students are expected to behave well on the field and to follow instructions from the Midday Supervisors.  Whistles will be blown at 12:50pm, as a signal to leave the field.  If the whistles are blown at any other time during lunch, students should leave the field immediately.   Finally, please use the bins provided or carry litter off the field and dispose of it appropriately
