What is Miles Better?

What is Miles Better? 1) Sustainable tax in line with overall mileage levels. 2) Insurance companies are the collecting agents. 3) “Ring-fencing”: A statutory guarantee that a % of all revenues from the tax are reinvested in roads.

How is it different to Road Pricing? 1) It isn’t Road Pricing. (No time & space aspect) 2) It is cheap to implement and run. 3) It doesn’t affect privacy. 4) It is both “NO-TECH” and “HIGH-TECH”.
