Presentation transcript:

Mrs. Hake’s CLASSROOM Friday, April 20th edition 20172018 news Week in Review: Sneak Peak at Next Week This week we learned the importance of caring for the Earth! We discussed what items are recyclable and which items we must throw in the trash. Students made their own lists during groups and practiced sorting recyclable things in the science center. We read Dr. Seuss’ book, The Lorax, and talked about how we could take care of the Earth.. For science, we conducted an experiment on our sponge fish, Fred. We watched how water pollution can harm animals that live in water. We made the Earth in our art center and brainstormed things that the Earth gives us and what we can do for the Earth.
