In 2009 Tovaropotok company (Moscow) started to develop Navigator for Business B2B Network. This is a multi-language internet platform intended to format integrated informational business space and promote economic, trade, and investment relations on a national and/or international level. Since the end of 2010 Navigator for Business is operating in a pilot mode in 5 languages: Russian, English, German, Chinese, and Thai.

In 2010, in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia and other competent business associations 4 Internet Forums were held to promote Navigator. Forums were broadcasted online via internet; all presentations, video, etc are available at the Navigator website (N4.biz).

Developing this multi-language B2B internet network in CICA countries will promote economic, trade and investment cooperation between CICA members through the involvement of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) into the foreign trade. Navigator provides to SMEs very easy-to-use and efficient tools based on the state-of-the-art IT technologies to promote their goods and services without frontiers.

a modern, intelligible, multilingual business web- site in the N4.BIZ domain and download there its products, services, demand, investment proposals, news, photo and video, etc. – and they would be known to the business communities concerned; virtual representative office that could be established in the countries on interest; Search of reliable and trusted partners, etc. This is an effective way for SMEs to BOOST the demand that works 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Using the Navigator for Business features SMEs may receive free of charge :

Special role for business communities (chambers, industrial, agricultural, and trade unions and associations) distinguishes N4B from already existing systems. Competent business communities may give recommendations to its members thus helping them to find clients/partners; Navigator gives additional potential to promote goods and services produced by their members and organize their effective work (including business corresponding and easy downloading documents for both general and inner use, making the one-click-dispatch among the participants, etc.). Confederation of Asia-Pacific Chambers of Commerce and Industry Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation

Benefits for regions and cities from using Navigator: attracting investments through informing business community about all investment projects and investment incentives in the regions; promoting the regional/local companies goods and services to the local and international level; recommending SMEs from their regions to potential partners all over the world; one-click informing the whole regional/national business.

REGIONS COUNTRIES INDUSTRIES FORUMS NAVIGATOR FOR BUSINESS

RUSSIA SMEs, national/local business communities, and regions may start using the N4.biz right now on the basis of existing international platform; at the end of 2011, in 2012 Navigator will be spread in Russia; The maximum effects will give the development of the national platform and its promotion. This will give strong stimulus to marketing of SMEs goods and services in the domestic and international market; The national platform will work both on national and international level. Navigator proposes the following benefits: NAVIGATOR FOR BUSINESS (English) OTHER CICA COUNTRIES RUSSIA

We are looking for the partners in CICA countries: both in private and public sectors. There are several options of public-private cooperation. the state owns the national N4B platform and the private company operates it and receives some part of revenues; private company owns and operates the platform with support of the government and the state leases it.
