How to Prepare for Your Upcoming Visit: DO DON’T Do open our email and confirm a date for the site visit. Don’t ignore / forget to respond. Do create a list / folders / binder of all requested materials. Don’t try to create something last minute that doesn’t exist. Do start gathering information / materials as soon as possible. Don’t wait until the night before to plan for your visit. Do have a plan of how / when to spend supply money. Don’t wait until the end of the year to spend all your money. Do tell your program we are visiting. Don’t do anything different than you normally do.
