What is CCII? The Career Cluster Interest Inventory (CCII) is designed to help you determine which Career Cluster best fits your interests and skills. Before you begin the survey, let’s get a better understanding of the Career Clusters.

Understanding Career Clusters Developed by the U.S. Department of Education, the 16 Career Clusters are designed to group jobs and industries as they relate to skills needed or products produced. Basically, the clusters are a way to organize the “world of work.”

After completing the survey, the CCII ranks and graphs your most applicable Career Clusters from a high of 15 (most interested) to a low of 0 (least interested) depending on how you responded to statements related to each Career Cluster.
