The aim of today’s lesson is to answer this question: Who or what was the driving force behind the Edwardian reformation? Links to: AQA key question 5 How far did intellectual and religious ideas change and develop and with what effects?

Reformation balloon debate: who/what contributed most to religious change under Edward VI? 10 On your own, read the notes for your person/factor. In pairs, use examples from your handout to explain how the person/factor promoted religious change. With the rest of your group, list the evidence you will use to convince the class that your person/factor did more to promote religious change than any other. Those who contributed LEAST will be thrown overboard
