Scientific Athletic Equation Focused desire is passion and the drive to excel Extremely focused on a goal Everything they do is for the goal Scientific Athletic Equation

Scientific Athletic Equation Aggressive Action is how hard the athlete fights for the goal, win, etc… All the diseases of motivation usually have terrible intensity, except for Pathological Pefectionist Scientific Athletic Equation

How do you increase your intensity?? Have to love the sport Have to have the right attitude Have to be competitive Have to commit: each season, week, day, practice, game, period, and play How do you increase your intensity??
