What’s next in Pre-AP! After Winter Break, you will have a cumulative test on Thursday 1/5 and Friday 1/6. This will cover everything we have learned so far: Unit 1: Early Man/Paleo vs. Neo/River Valleys Unit 2: Peoples of the Med. and M.E./China and India/Persia/World Religions Unit 3: Greece To prepare, you will be given a review packet plus the prompt you will have to answer for the short answer portion of your cumulative test. You will complete the packet and the short-answer prompt preparation over Winter Break. We will also work on this today in class.

Units 1-3 Review stations You have picked up a review packet. This review packet covers the materials learned in Units 1-3. Part 1: Early Man/Paleo vs. Neo Part 2: River Valleys Part 3: Peoples of the Med. And Middle East Part 4: Classical India and Classical China Part 5: Greece During class today and over Winter Break, you will be working on this review packet. We will rotate through at least 2 of the stations today. The other review sections you will be responsible for finishing over Winter Break. Today, you should pick the TWO topics you feel you need the most review of and focus on making it to those stations during class today.

Review packet: You all picked up a review packet at the door when you got to class. We will spend the first ~30 minutes of class today working on this packet. You will work on this individually unless instructed otherwise. This packet will be checked for a grade on the Tuesday (1/3) and Wednesday (1/4) after we get back from Winter Break.

Pre-Movie Articles: You picked up two articles on the movie “The Legend of Tarzan.” We are going to read through these articles, which present 2 different viewpoints on the film and how it relates to imperialism. Read through the articles and then answer the questions on the article worksheet.
