Damages: Moving in the right direction! 2012 Damages: 1,426 = 31% reduction Very strong one call center outreach and education; significant utility participation Annual direct mailings with letter, brochure and odorant card Internal charge to Damage Prevention to reduce third party damages and mis-marks “Top 10” list; repeat offender onsite training; frequent onsite excavator compliance audits; new location equipment and techniques (ground penetrating radar and Jamison plastic line locators) 6
