Employee rates themselves on goals & competencies Once your self-review is ready for you to complete you will have an active link in your to-do portlet. 1 1 The active link will read ‘Complete your self-appraisal’ and will take you to your self- review. Note: You may need to scroll down the page past the instructions to view the performance form. Click on the Associate Rating pick list and enter a rating for the goal. This is how you well you believe you have achieved this goal. 2 Enter a rating and comment for each goal. This will help the manager with their review preparation. 3 2 To view additional detail on the rating scale, roll over the grey question mark. 3 4 4

Employee rates themselves on goals & competencies Move to the ‘Competencies’ section next 4 4 Enter a rating and comment for each competency. 5 If you would like to spell or legal check, click on the ‘Actions’ button in the top right corner. Select ‘Spell Check’ or ‘Legal Check.’ 6 5 7 Once all goals and competencies have been rated and commented on and you have added a Personal Development Plan, select ‘Finalize Self-Review’ 7 You will move to another screen. On this screen, type a message for the manager 8 8 Click ‘Finalize Self-Review’ 9 Finalize Self-Review 9 6 Note: You may have to disable your pop-ups to access the spell and legal check. To disable your pop-ups in Internet Explorer, click ‘Tools,’ ‘Pop-up Blocker,’ ‘Turn off Pop-up Blocker’
