Revised registration for unregistered sites The meter fix date is the point from which a site may be capable of flowing gas and therefore needs a responsible supplier assigned to it; An RGMA flow will trigger a process that will identify the responsible party for the site; Transportation and energy charges should apply from the point that the site is capable of flowing gas, e.g. the meter fix date, cf UNC G7.3.

Revised registration for unregistered sites Shippers will have [3 months] to complete the registration process after the meter is installed; A review of the C&D store processes will be carried out by Transporters; A C&D flow may initiate a Transporter site visit where necessary, e.g. Where a C&D notification from a meter worker is received and the site is not registered after [x] months.
