Our clients include elderly, women and children in transition, formerly homeless individuals and families, the chronically mentally ill and other families of low-income and low-wealth. Community Housing Partners (CHP) is a non-profit community development organization dedicated to providing affordable housing and services for low and moderate-income individuals and families
